
I’m afraid I’m going to have to take a hopefully short break from my MagicJack review because after using my MagicJack for the past few weeks, it suddenly died on me. I went to MagicJack.com and tried to get some tech support. There is no phone support, only live chat, which I have used in the past. I clicked on live chat and got “We are doing an upgrade and will be working shortly”. I waited for an agent to come on for an hour but no one ever did. So I emailed the founder of MagicJack and he responded “Our underlying Network provider is having issues.Never happenmed before.We are one week away from alternative sources that were ordered about 4 weeks ago.We should be up shortly”
