
There is a fairly nice secure web based user account management site, where you can purchase international minutes, which are of course not included in the miniscule $20 yearly cost. You can also set up call forwarding, though why you can’t do that from the softphone interface is beyond me. You can also pay your yearly license fee and manage your account email settings. It’s easy to use, but I have found the site down on more then one occasion. This can be a big problem if you need to adjust your call forward settings, since there is no other way to change them.
