I recommended that they add a message indicator to the Windows tray icon so you would'nt have to look at the softphone to see if you have a nessage. Even more important would be a stutter tone on the phone and the founder of MagicJack said that could be a possibility in the next software release. I found this to be a unacceptable flaw. If I’m using the handset away from my computer I have no way of knowing if I have a message. I know the MagicJack is geared as a computer phone, but the whole point of have a phone jack on the adapter is to be able to use the phone away from your computer. It just seems that the engineers missed that point a little.
