
I’m going to wrap up my MagicJack review. It’s been 2 weeks since Magic suffered a major service outage. The service has returned to normal and everything is working ok. There are definitely some kinks to work out with the MagicJack software. 1st there is no message light on the softphone. There is a voice mail button, but it doesn’t flash or do anything when you have a message, so unless you check your email or call into your voice mail to check there is no way of knowing that you have a new message. Even, If you have a handset connected to the MagicJack adapter, there is no message light or stutter tone either.
