Another really annoying feature is that when using the handset, the softphone pops up every time you get or make a call or even just hang up.  While this is fine when you’re using the softphone and a headset, it makes no sense when using the regular phone.  Every time I get a call, the softphone pops up and interrupts what I’m working on.  Even worse, when I finish my call and hang up the phone, the soft phone pops up again, even if I just minimized it.

There is a nice accept / reject pop up that lets you force a call to voice mail without having to wait for the call to transfer after a bunch of rings.
