I guess Comcast must love bad publicity. I got this email this morning from DynDNS, a provider or email and domain name services.
“We would like your help. Comcast has re-blocked mail destined to Comcast via MailHop Forward. While we were told that we were whitelisted earlier this week, we have been reblocked and we would like you to call Comcast and explain the problem at 1-800-COMCAST.When calling Comcast, please state the following: "My provider is DynDNS MailHop, a service that allows customers to get their own personal e-mail address and forward it to any e-mail address. For some reason, Comcast has blocked the DynDNS MailHop servers from forwarding e-mail to Comcast, which is preventing me from getting my e-mail. I've been told Comcast is tracking this problem with Ticket #ND003694528. Please contact DynDNS MailHop Support at +1-603-668-4998 to attempt to get this resolved.""
Just another example of Comcast’s unfriendly behavior toward its customers.

Comcast is now tracking this issue as Ticket #NA4410448.
