Henry Ford used to say you could get a car in any color you wanted as long as it was black. For a long time, the same applied to telephones. Today you can buy a phone in the shape of a frog or a foot ball, in hot pink or neon yellow, unless you want a cordless phone. Then your back to the old AT&T days of any color you want as long as it’s black. Considering you can buy a blender in bright red or a washing machine in power blue, the lack of style or choice in cordless phones is disappointing.
