A discussion about the Telecommunication Industry

I’d like to welcome everyone to my inaugural post at telcomswitchboard.com.  I will be writing about the telecommunications industry.  I will focus on the hardware, software, and services used by both businesses and individuals to communicate around the corner and around the world.  I have been in the telecommunications business since 1994.  I run an interconnect company in New Jersey, www.teleco4.com, where we sell and service business telephone equipment.  Primarily, I’m a salesman, but I’m also a certified technician for NEC and Toshiba telephone systems.

Personally, I am a classic early adapter.  Whether it’s the latest cell phone or the newest operating system, I’m usually the guy people ask about new technologies.   In the coming weeks and months if you talk on it, I’ll be posting about it.  I’ll also be answering your comments and questions, so please feel free to ask about anything telcom.
